Several years ago, without realizing the scope of such an effort, I decided to email a group of my verse prayers to some randomly selected church leaders in the United States and a few other countries. Subsequently the favorable unsolicited feedback received motivated me to begin what became a horrendous undertaking. After two years of on and off daily mailings I surprisingly learned I had sent more than ten thousand copies, one by one, to American and foreign locations - some forty percent of which had been returned as undeliverable because of outdated email addresses.Surprisingly however, I had also received more than two hundred complimentary returns from pastors, priests, evangelists, deacons, ministers - even an army chaplain. They arrived not only from across the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), but also from England, Australia,, Scotland, Romania, Mexico, Africa, India and the PhilippinesI was told that verse prayers had been used in sermons, Sunday schools, church bulletins and publications [even during a communion] as well as having been posted on several computer sites. The revelation made me feel that I was in a sense part of hundreds of services here and abroad. I felt greatly blessed, even experienced a bit of pride for which I felt some guilt and hope to be forgiven.Several contained requests that I publish these and future verses in a book. Eventually I decided to have a small quantity of professionally printed. paperbacks done. I'm of the opinion that if they are acceptable to the Lord and He cares to have additional copies printed and distributed that will somehow be done I trust that you enjoy them and find a few that speak to your heart in as much as they are praise and prayer statements that emanated from mine.

"if you see for your heart your heart will see for you""Fadi Y Sitto, known simply as Fadi, is a poet of exquisite sensibility. Some have compared Fadi's poetry to the poetry of Rumi. Yes, if Rumi had merged with Pablo Neruda. Mix the love images of Neruda, and the insights of Rumi into concoctions mysterious, moving, and sublime-there is Fadi's poetry."-- Jack Crittenden, Political Theorist/ProfessorYou are not just reading Fadi's words, you are reading his soul. Poetry so honest with nowhere to hide. Amazing passion captured. Masterpiece."'Our' poet has a deep understanding of the truthful and the beautiful, which is demonstrated in the verses as a prayer for these things. The degree of recognition and sympathy that each does stir is so powerful...and the collective weight of the emotions evoked by these is so immense, that the pages seem to feel heavy in my hands. This work is such a treasure... reading it feels like waking up." -- T.M. BrownFadi is the "Heart's poet," an astonishing poet. bending serendipity confirms his gift. -
