At present, most of humanity lives crowded together in an increasingly small world. Long ago the Messenger of All¿h () expressed concern for his ummah in future times when he said, "I do not fear for you from poverty, but I fear for you from competition in worldly increase. And I do not fear for you from error, but I fear for you from deliberate intent."

Misconceptions about Islam are raised by two types of people, theignorant and the enemies of Islam. The ignorant spreadmisconceptions without knowing the truth about Islam but once someof them know the truth, they stop. However, the enemies of Islamintend to spread misconceptions in order to defame Islam even if theyknow the truth about it. "It is a trouble if you do not know (the truth)and the trouble is greater if you really know". Whensomeone raises amisconception about Islam, he is belying Allah because Islam is thetrue religion of Allah. Allah said:
