Different from other available path planning algorithms for manipulators which exploit heuristics extensively, BFA is a deterministic algorithm. It determines whether paths exist or not correctly, and always finds paths if they exist much faster than other algorithms do. Namely, its computation volume is proportional to the number of links and does not change with the complexity of environments. Therefore, it is easy to estimate the computation time. Although this book is an English version of the one published in 2018, the computation volume of other deterministic algorithms still increases exponentially with the number of links.

Recent times are witness to the changing power equations in Asia, with rapid emergence of Chinese influence, and the relative decline of the influence of United States. India herself has been rising to prominence since the 1990s, particularly since its nuclear tests in 1998 onward. Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, India has been perceived as the country next to China seeking a major power status. Although India has previously tended to conceal its power aspirations, in 2015 it declared its intention to be a leading power.After the cessation of Cold War, particularly since the 2000s, the rapid rise of China has posed a challenge to the influence of the United States in Asia.India had been a reluctant player in the international theatre since its Independence in 1947 until the 2000s. Beginning 2010s, however, India has metamorphosed itself into a dynamic actor, and has switched from, denying to affirming its status as a major power. The process particularly has acquired speed after Narendra Modi assumed the charge as the Prime Minister of India.

This monograph is devoted to a communicative approach to language teaching, based on reading and writing competencies, and to highlight the techniques that dominate the study of any foreign language. This monograph can be used in the teaching of subjects such as intercultural communication, interpersonal communication and speech culture. As we know communicative approach as a learner-centered approach plays a pivotal role in improving students¿ language skills in EFL classes and helps them how to use the language in real social life. Implementation of pre-, while, post reading and writing activities in teaching languages improves not only students¿ language skills, but also their creative and critical skills, as well as their linguistic, socio-linguistic, pragmatic and strategic competences. Moreover, they give motivation to learn and use language in real situation and help to develop pair work and group work skills. The importance of cultural awareness and the stages of culture shock through development of communicative, linguistic, pragmatic and socio-linguistic competences of students, especially integrating all the four skills were introduced.

"The Wagogo" is a comprehensive study of the predominant ethnic community in Central Tanzania. As the Author observes, the Wagogo people were described by an early traveler as ¿a powerful race, physically and intellectually the best of the races between Lake Tanganyika and the Indian Ocean". Westgate is a prolific, eloquent and persuasive writer. The reader is gripped by his graphic and detailed description of the early history of the land, people's customs and mores, social and economic life, their subtlety and self esteem. The book describes an aspect of the Wagogo self esteem which was repulsive to some travelers in the demand for a road toll, wrongly labeled as "hongo" which all passing caravans had to pay. The original "Wagogo" manuscript included a section on the missionary rivalries at the time, which I thought not edifying to the modern reader. "The Wagogo," described by pre-viewers as a "a gem" provides a critical resource for leaders and community workers serving in Central Tanzania. Although some of the facets of the Wagogo culture have changed due to modernization, a lot more still remains since traditions die hard.

Quality of work life in an organization is essential for the smooth running of the organization and the success of its employees. The main challenges in India's quality of work life in India today are to improve the morale and productivity of employees by providing welfare facilities in the organization for the employees working in the organization. Employees are expected to be employable and ready for work when the quality of work life is good in an organization. It is generally expected that employees should be equipped with necessary materials and facilities to increase the productivity of the work force. The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of various elements of quality of work life required by the employees and discuss how elements like compensation, training, performance appraisal etc help in finishing the job allocated. Embedding of new welfare and necessary facilities is a very effective and efficient method of achieving both an attractive way of getting a job done and increases job satisfaction. It is of high importance for every employee that various facilities should be provided to increase the quality of work life beyond the mandatory facilities.

Research in the period of the development of social history and the destruction of the independent political system in Latvia, the question remains open about the testimonies and life traumatic experience of the survivors-politically repressed persons in times of Stalin Purge.By use of Ethnogenical approach to research,was are exploring the coherence between the traumatic emotional experience of the repressed persons in life threatening situations and impact on formation of values was be identified.First part of the book is given characteristics of the socio-political situation in the Latvian after the Second World War,characterized by a generation that had not only survived the horrors of war, but also the post-war totalitarian manifestations. The Following sections are Presented a Life-threatening Situations (LTS) and prolonged Traumatic experience which accompanied the lives of repressed peoples returning to Homeland. The work deals with the problems of repressed people¿s experience in psychology showing the experience and its the highest values of life created as a result.
