The student Workbook for Comprehensive Health Skills for High School provides activities that reinforce and review textbook content and skills. Organized to follow the textbook on a chapter-by-chapter basis, the Workbook assignments help students engage with the textbook content and practice the essential health skills outlined in the National Health Education Standards. This supplement is a consumable resource, designed with perforated pages so that a given chapter can be removed and turned in for grading or checking.

The Workbook is available in print or online. Teacher-created Workbook activities help students recall, review, and expand on the concepts presented in the text. Activities offer students a hands-on learning experience, test their critical thinking skills, and present them with real-life scenarios to work through. These activities can be used as either individual or group work, and can be assigned as either in-class activities or homework for a flipped classroom approach.
