You never know when the storm will hit. Two years ago, former actress Tish Yearly was fired, robbed, and evicted all the same day and washed up on the doorstep of her grandfather Tobias Yearly-a former test pilot, CIA agent, and all around trouble-maker. A few murder cases later, Tish is the owner of an events venue on Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands and Tobias is the oldest licensed private investigator in Washington State. But when Hollywood knocks on her door, Tish finds she can't quite let go of the movie-making dream and becomes a producer to what could be a blockbuster film. However, having persuaded a bevy of Hollywood insiders to film a movie on Orcas Island, persuaded her boyfriend that she's not leaving him to be a star, and persuaded Matt Jones-the islands most reputable drug dealer-to help bank roll the film, Tish Yearly has a lot riding on her being able to steer the movie into safe waters. But when the director turns up dead, Tish can see a storm is about to hit and now Tish and Tobias are racing against the clock to solve the case before the movie folds or Tish ends up in jail for a murder she didn't commit.

These Dreams of You: A Mother's Story of Love, Loss, and Resilience tells the story of a mother's love for and commitment to her gifted daughter, who developed anorexia at age ten and subsequently died young. The narrative offers an unvarnished account of the fifteen years the author strove to save her daughter from her perfectionistic goal of being the thinnest person alive. It then follows the author's intentional yet heart wrenching shift from trying to get her daughter to overcome her eating disorder to supporting her as she lived out her short life in the way she chose. Interspersed throughout the narrative are several lyrical letters written by a mother to her beloved daughter since her death. This story conveys hope and resilience, as the author has prevailed through her grief with no regrets about her parenting of her challenging daughter.
God speaks and shows Himself through His creation surrounding us. Take a moment each day to hear God speak to you through His creations. He shows His love through the sounds of the songbird. Hearing the birds sing before dawn and the evenings before sleep create memories of yesterday's walk with God in nature. God touches with such joy and peace as the wind moves through the chimes causing them to sound beautifully. The trees waltzing with the breeze, the birds singing with the tone of the wind. The sun rays are like light on a ballroom floor as it directs each step-in time with Jesus' heartbeat of love. This is why it is my desire to share the Morning Bird Song Daily Word from Heaven with others.

Charlene, "La'Bet", Bardley Osatohanmwen, an ordained minister and founder of Broken but Not Wounded Ministry, authors the wounds of her life as a testimony to convey the power of God's love to rehabilitate the broken faith from the post damages of sin. Healed by divine love and driven by divine faith, Minister Osatohanmwen's mission is to spread God's words to women all over the world with a relatable story that encapsulates the power of broken, but not wounded faith. Although it is not God's will for us to endure pain and suffering, it is our choice to determine how we mend our spirit, broken or wounded. Because God has kept me. He healed me. Now that I am whole, I want to share my life-changing story with you. If you want to know what it takes to be healed, Christ is the way. I am a living testimony because he showed me the way. For me to see His purpose, I needed to be broken and imperfect for him to use me for his will.
