A Must-Read! The Run, The Sprint, and The Marathon will help you find your pace in life. It is a metaphorical look at the journey of life we all race through. The book speaks about the cycles in our lives. We are always at one of these stages whether we know it or not, just like a washing machine works to wash, rinse, and spin. Each cycle is an identifier to locate your position and help you to understand what your functionality should be at different phases in life. Sometimes you need to know if you should break the cycle and begin another. This book will give you a direct guide on how to measure a target ten times, but only shoot once. I hope you enjoy reading my book!" ~~ LaMont Reid HOPE KELLEY BOOK PUBLISHING
There is no way Courtney and I can express our gratitude fully to all who have been the "wind beneath our sails." Thank you, many friends, who made it clear to us that there was a real need for this book about Candida Overgrowth, Vaccine Injury, and Heavy Metals Poisoning. With love and appreciation to Ernie and Ruby Saunders, Kim''s parents and Courtney''s grandparents. Thank you for your patience and support. Thank you for praying for Courtney and me as we wrote this book. Thank you for putting up with our achieving this goal, amid the kitchen table. It most definitely was not smooth sailing. Thank you, Jane Remington, author of Recaging the Beast, for your support and most of all your loving friendship of several years. You will never know how much Courtney and I appreciate the time you took to read and edit our book. Sometimes we meet a rare individual who brings light into our lives. You, Jane Remington, are one of those rare individuals. You are an extraordinary teacher. You expanded our knowledge through Recaging the Beast and with our many phone calls of the importance of food and herbs and their healing effects in our bodies.I want to take this opportunity to make a public apology to my daughter, Courtney. I am so sorry that I put you through this. I am sorry that I did not do my due diligence research, as your mother, and I was ignorant and gave into the chemicals and poisons that caused you to suffer. I praise God every day that He healed you and He showed me the right answers and individuals for your healing journey. I am blessed and honored that God chose me to be your mother. I love you.
Snakes are very enigmatic creatures. They are feared, hated, and maligned. Yet probably less than fifteen percent of the world''s approximately 3,000 snake species, are venomous. Further breaking these percentages down, in North America there are approximately 150 species of snakes. Of these, only some 20 species are venomous. These venomous snakes can be broken down into four groups: Rattlesnakes, Copperheads, Water Moccasin/Cottonmouths, and Coral Snakes. Texas has all four of these groups of venomous snakes. Hernán Moreno Hinojosa is a retired Law Enforcement Officer and Author. Hernán became interested in collecting folk stories when he was only 16 and still living in Hebbronville, Texas. Hernán would frequently accompany his father to La Florida Ranch, which was leased for cattle production at the time. While out on the ranch, he became greatly interested in snakes and began writing stores about them. Some were true and some were folklore. Hernán retired from the Metro Police in 2008. He currently divides his time between their Houston home and their South Texas ranch with his wife, Herlinda Garza. They recently celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary. They are blessed with four children; three girls, one son, and one grandson. He is still collecting ghost stories and writing. His newest books, Lechuza and The Deceiver are available in all bookstores.
"I''ve always enjoyed cooking. This cookbook is full of cherished food gifts I''d like to pass on to family, friends, and to those of you wanting to learn to make these traditional South Texas dishes before they are lost forever. Recipes with great sentimental value of dishes that my grandmother and family prepared for our many wonderful celebrations. Some dishes have been secret family treasures that I now share with you all!" ~~ Connie G. PalaciosConnie Guerrero Palacios is a South Texas native who resides in Hebbronville, Texas. Raised by her maternal grandparents in a neighboring town, Bruni, Tx, she spent quality time learning and appreciating family recipes that had, and continue to this day, bring so much joy to the people sharing these authentic home-cooked meals. Over the years, her immediate family expanded from being the eldest of five (three brothers; Servando Jr, Rene, Juan, and one sister, Erika) to gaining two half siblings (one brother, Roberto and sister, Lissa) and three stepbrothers; Lionel, Domingo, and Joe. Keeping family values and recipes close, her long standing dream was to publish a cookbook full of family pride, with intentions of sharing joy and love with other families. Life is a daily challenge that allows us to grow as we go. You never know what great things may arise from one day to the next. One must keep the Faith, then share it in the best form possible to anyone who will listen and read.
