Comfort in birth method helps a mother and doula learn about having a calm and relaxing birth. Our technique includes our acronym "Comfort in Birth" to mean various things like C is for Calm, O is for Oxytocin, M is for Mothering, F is for Feelings, O is for Opening up, R is for relaxing, T is for time for tea, etc.

Little Way of Motherhood is a great book packed full of saints for pregnancy and motherhood along with steps for each trimester of pregnancy. We sprinkle quotes from St. Therese the Little Flower (hey, one of my favorite saints) - thus the name "Little Way of Motherhood" - it could also be titled "Little Way of Pregnancy" and you are becoming a mother and I think it is an appropriate title!
