Tim Welch served as a missionary in Côte d'Ivoire for 31 years with SIM (Serving In Mission), including 22 years as national director. He researched Africa in the Bible for his MA in World Christianity from Denver Seminary and obtained a Doctor of Transformational Leadership degree from UACA (Université de l'Alliance Chrétienne d'Abidjan) in Côte d'Ivoire. He has written practical theology books in French, helped edit the Bible d'etude africaine (CPE, 2015), and contributed to the Africa Study Bible (Oasis International, 2016). Tim lives in Colorado with his wife Janet and serves as the SIM Ministry Point Person for Literature.

Rev Dr Emmanuel Kwasi Amoafo is passionate about the life-transforming gospel of Jesus Christ, Christian discipleship, and Christian spiritual formation. Originally from Ghana, he has served in the Anglican Church of Kenya for over 20 years. He has trained pastors across mainline and charismatic churches. He has been involved in leadership roles with para-church ministries that include Life Challenge Africa, the Navigators, and the Renew Conference in Kenya for missionaries in East Africa. He has ministered in churches that include Deliverance Church, the Kenya Assemblies of God, and Christ Is The Answer Ministries. He is currently leading an interdenominational church plant to an unreached group in Nairobi. Dr Amoafo co-authored Light For Our Path: A Guide to the Lectionary for Preachers in Africa and has written many book chapters and articles. He was featured in a New York Times article and interviewed by the BBC radio during his time as Vice President of Ghana Homes Inc. in the U.S. He holds degrees in Bible and Theology, as well as Biblical Studies from Global University, and a PhD in Theological Studies from Pan Africa Theological Seminary. He has been a lecturer at Carlile School of Theology, where he was also the Director of Student Affairs. He is currently with the Theology departments of Global University and St. Paul's University. He is married to Dr. Esther Nkrumah, and they have five young adult children.

Michael Cassidy is a Christian leader, and the Founder of African Enterprise. He is an evangelist, teacher, preacher, and author. Under his leadership, African Enterprise has spearheaded the largest Christian interdenominational leadership gatherings in Africa over the last fifty years. In 2012, Michael was made the Honorary Chairman of the Lausanne Movement for World Evangelisation, succeeding the late John Stott, and was also made the Distinguished Alumnus of the year at Fuller Theological Seminary in California. He holds an Honorary Doctorate from Azusa Pacific University. Michael has remained strongly committed not only to evangelism and reaching the cities and leadership of Africa, but also to social justice and reconciliation. He was privileged to play a significant role in facilitating backstage negotiations which helped South Africa through to its first democratic elections in 1994 at a time when the nation was on the verge of civil war. In 1969 Michael met Carol Bam during a mission to the University of Cape Town. They got engaged and married in December 1969 and have been happily married ever since. They have three children: Catherine, Deborah and Martin; as well as eight grandchildren.
Philip E. Morrison moved to Kenya 25 years ago. As a lecturer at Moffat Bible College, he became passionate about equipping under-resourced pastors who are responsible for multiple congregations. As a result, he founded The Multi-Church Pastor Institute to mentor and train these pastors. He is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry from Africa International University and currently serves with Africa Inland Mission as a Theological Education Consultant. He is the author of five other books, including Influence, Questions Pastors Ask, and Conflict Resolution in the Church.
