Steven G. Casado is a young man who experienced many trials, and his rise up wasn't exactly easy, and Steven often felt like he was fighting solo on an uphill battle. From a broken beginning to a victorious end, having sibling rivalries, having an alcoholic dad, was bullied due to his short stature, and then diabetes began to beat him down once he was diagnosed with this disease. Steven explains the heartbreaks and betrayal of trust he experienced through people he thought were his friends, and was even set up and thrown in jail, but how did he overcome that discomfort? Steven made unwise decisions without proper counsel and needed to make a change to see a change. When Steven lost his sight, he knew he had to gain vision to see again! See how God worked all these things out by Steven and his family having faith the size of a mustard seed because they now know in confidence that they will never see south of heaven because of God's grace and the choice they made to trust Him! They didn't see that coming, but guess who did?

FROM JESUS TO JUDAISM is Shlomoh Sherman's search for what it means to be Jewish in the context of faith. It is the story of the author's personal odyssey from Judaism to Christianity and return to Judaism. Raised in a Bronx, New York City East European Jewish immigrant neighborhood, during, and following, World War 2, as a teenager, the author was confronted by a high school classmate to investigate whether or not Jesus Christ is the Messiah promised to the Jewish People. Convinced by the Christian understanding of the "Old Testament" that Jesus came first and foremost to his Jewish brethren to save them from their sins, with the promise that any Jew accepting Jesus as his saviour will become "more Jewish" or a "completed Jew", the author is guided to an East Side Mission where he will encounter other Hebrew-Christians with whom he can fellowship. The author remained with the Hebrew-Christian group for several years but when he realized that accepting Jesus did not, in fact, make him more Jewish but, on the contrary, caused other Jews to distance themselves from him, he renounced his belief in Jesus as the Jewish Messiah and severed all ties with the Christian community. Subsequently, he began the search for an authentic association with Judaism and his own Jewish identity lasting well over a decade, and leading to an intense involvement with the People of Israel. The book details how he was lead to Jesus, why he became disillusioned with Christianity, and the factors that impelled him to ultimately become a religiously committed Jew.FROM JESUS TO JUDAISM presents what the author believes to be a totally Jewish option to any Jew seeking a means to relate to his or her own personal Jewishness. It also attempts to explain to Christians the reasons that while the Christian faith may be appropriate for non-Jews, it is an incorrect for Jews.

Have you wondered what a loved one is like in Heaven? Have you wondered whether you will actually enjoy life there? Do you wonder if your favorite pet will be there? There are many books telling what the Bible tells us about heaven and some books where the author claims to have been there. This book is a composite overview of details of heaven from fifty published eyewitness testimonies of heaven. All of these testimonies are combined with regard to many facets of heaven and are presented side by side to give a more complete picture of each detail of heaven than any single eyewitness account gives. As a result, this book's description of heaven is more direct, detailed, and extensive than that of any other book.Because so many testimonies are considered, the consistencies in these accounts give support for their authenticity. Since different people see things differently, this book gives a more accurate picture than any one person's experience can give. Prepare to be abundantly blessed and given a new perspective on this life in view of what is coming.

The mystery of Gods Will and Way are deliberately reserved for revelation in time and season by his choosing alone. The subject of this journey necessarily considers a hypothetical case study for human suffering with a supporting thesis. No one is exempt from suffering throughout life. Unfortunately, biblical disclosure remains completely void of plausible apologetics for adversity. Contrary to academic resolve, man does not have the intellectual capacity to gauge or comprehend the perfect Will of God. Neither can the divine objectives of God for one's life be reverse engineered from biblical accounts. The glory and divine assignments of God also remains void of duplication. What was for Peter, was not for Paul. It is however safe to claim that the Will of God is good for all without appeal. Nevertheless, you may ponder why the Goodness and Power of God permits suffering from cradle to grave? Suffering appears to play a systematic role in the human experience. You are not alone. After you complete this literary investigation, you will at least know that an undisclosed good follows each storm of life.Theological consensus may implicate five (5) biblical culprits for suffering to include: the imputed sin of a predecessor, a self-inflicted hardship due to unhealthy or ill advise risks, Gods punitive response to individual sin, Demonic powers, or the works of God for a greater glory. It is the latter that predisposes the narrative of this book. Better grab a handkerchief, this journey collides adversity and a symphony of broken hearts.

This book explores what happens after death and a rich man's lack of compassion towards a beggar. The beggar dies and is escorted by angels into Abrahams' Bosom due to his faithfulness. Abraham is known as the father of faith. According to Matthew 12:40, Jesus would be in the heart of the earth for three days and three nights, just as Jonah was in the belly of a whale. Before Jesus' crucifixion, Abraham's Bosom was the holding place for those who believed in God and were credited with righteousness. After Jesus' death on the cross, he preached to the spirits of these people who were stored in this area. As per the Christian doctrine, post demise, individuals who do not believe in the faith are consigned to a location of agony and flames, whereas those who do believe are welcomed in Abraham's bosom. However, following his resurrection, Jesus shifted all individuals from Abraham's bosom to the third heaven, where they await the Rapture.

The invitation to Salvation of Christ should not be complicated. It should be simple though not simplistic. Just what does it mean to be saved? That is, what does it mean to be born again? This book answers just that. Not once, not twice but multiple times, at least once in each chapter. This book will be of help to all readers, an eye-opener and a kind of a prompter to lead the unregenerate to Christ, a useful tool and resource for personal evangelism for the one who is born again and inclined to obey the Lord Jesus' commission to all believers. By personal prayer before and during the writing of this book, and by prophetic word of knowledge confirmation from a spiritual woman of God, no one who is an unbeliever will read this book and not get saved.

Did someone really boil a baby? Henry Dozier was both a talented Victorian architect and a troubled soul. In 1887 he moved to Cripple Creek Colorado from Denver, presumably to rebuild a town destroyed by 2 devastating fires. According to the newspapers, he was also dissipating his income in dissolute behavior. On February 4, 1897, there was an impassioned letter to the editor from Celestia Dozier, head of the household in Denver, in spite of the fact that she was only sixteen years old. Celestia noted that her father was supporting his family as best that he could under the circumstances and that the newspaper report that her mother tried to boil the baby was incorrect. The Denver Post noted in 1898, in discussing his lack of support from his family, that he had 9 children. The Rocky Mountain News reported the same thing in 1897. The 1910 census reported that he had 9 children of which 8 were living. Enjoy the story of this truly unique architect!

Tony Antonellis' mother always told him he should never discuss religion or politics in public, but he believes we all need to be talking about religion a whole lot more. In a world marked and divided by countless religious sects, in which differences are perceived as more important than similarities, For the Love of God calls for all humans to come together under the one thing that connects us all: God. Through a deep and thought-provoking analysis of the world's greatest religions, Antonellis puts forth his theory of "God-centeredness," a pluralistic, open-ended understanding that is appropriate to humanity's finite reality and this includes atheist. God-centeredness recognizes no outsiders, and respects all persons.

God is not the author of confusion but of peace. As men are at peace with their understanding of God's Law of Gravity, so they should be at peace with God's Doctrine of Marriage. Divorce must be subject to the doctrine of marriage; it will be seen that marriage supersedes the idea of divorce and in their struggle, marriage obliterates her foe: divorce. God declares that the very existence of man was defined as a marriage when He said: "He created man in His own image, and He created man: male and female created He "them"; man is them.

I wrote this beautiful lullaby with so much love in my heart for my daughter, Jensen, a week before she was born. It begins with me telling her that she is my little angel sent from above (heaven by God) to bless me, her mother, with all her love. I am expressing my love for her and my joy at being her mother. I further tell her that there will come a day when she understands that mother's love will always be there. The lullaby takes it on through to her leaving on her own when the time comes, getting married and what to remember it will be like when she has her baby girl.I cannot express enough how much I love my daughter, Jensen. She will forever be my baby girl. I cannot thank God enough for giving her to me, my little blue eyed smiley girl.

In an alternate modern America, Lily Mossberg, an anthropology lecturer at a rural New England university, has the ability to turn herself into a tiger. This ability is due to a sudden rash of genetic mutations, a "psi plague", of which shape-shifting is a rare and virtually unstudied variant. Lily must contend with her ex-husband, the powerful head of a pharmaceutical company, who is ignorant of her ability but who wants to make money off the new psi "diseases". He also wants custody of their apparently normal nine year old daughter. The government has a public health mandate to eliminate the mutations. Lily must struggle to keep her secret and save herself and her daughter from these competing interests even as the realization grows that there may be a sinister collaboration between them. Then there are the murders, which do not have an entirely human signature. An investigator from the federal Psi Special Unit is called in. Lily finds herself both investigating and investigated, determined not to fall in love again but drawn to the detective who is supposed to investigate the murders. Things come to a head at her ex-husband's secret pharmaceutical facility where more than Lily's life and that of her daughter are at stake.
