But all of Alfie's ideas seem to end in disaster, and he soon learns that it's not so easy to find the perfect job for a giant purple dinosaur. Will Alfie be able to uncover Oliver's hidden talent and help him find the job of his dreams? One thing is for sure: Oliver won't stop looking until he's found it, because a dinosaur doesn't give up.

Journal is a slightly fictionalized autobiography based on a series of the author's real-life dreams - about life, love, family, death, and an unexpected journey across time and tide. "I'm in bed, staring at the ceiling, just lucid enough to ponder on the thought that I'm 60 years old, and I've been having this same dream as long as I can remember.
