This book contains some poems, thoughts and musings from my mind. Although I never considered myself a poet- its always poems that I find refuge in when the world seems to trouble me. So here are some unfiltered thoughts that rhyme and some that don't for you to read and reflect on.

In this story, the reader follows a lonely whale who has lost his pod to several events that happened due to climate change. Not wanting to accept defeat and wait for his expected death, it instead decides to go on a journey, to talk to the inhabitants of the ocean that had lost and suffered to climate change too, to understand why this keeps happening and more importantly, to be sure who was at fault for it.

Others talk about the effects of the addiction on my life and my relationships. Or how my relationships have affected my drug use.They all show my growth as a person.I wrote this book while stationed in a rehab facility, reflecting about my life.The good parts and the bad parts.I wanted to get my story out there for the people who are going through similar problems. You are not alone. It gets better.I also want to show people that drug addiction is not something a person chooses willingly. It is a disease that sneaks up on you.Also, kind of self therapy.Overall, a great read.

Every time I see a shooting star, I make a wish. I wish upon a star for the same reason I wish at 18:18, birthday candles, and dandelions. Most times when people make wishes, it is to feel happy and be successful. So far, I made my wishes about them. To have a good time together, to be loved, to not get hurt. The truth is we will get hurt eventually. Making wishes is a reminder of what our hearts truly want. My heart always wanted them. We were lying on the ground, looking at the sky and counting stars. I thought the universe was listening to me and would make those wishes come true. But why do we make those wishes when the actual wish is ourselves? With every person I counted stars, I learned a lesson. The stars are my lessons I want to give to the world. Do not make your wishes about them. This life is about you, your heart, your soul, your peace. This book is a guide for you on your way to healing, finding happiness, and falling in love with life.
