1990 to 1999 USA's Prosperity and Conflict Decade

Some historians refer to the USA 1990's or Nineties as the "Prosperity and Conflict Decade". It was a time with prosperity, a presidential scandal, signs of the conflicts to come with the first Gulf War and attacks in New York City, and an unprecedented heat wave that hit the Midwestern United States.
