Whether in difficult or delightful times, each of us seems to find a tune that either inspires or empowers us. It may be something we've heard and know well [word for word]; it may be an instrumental melody of some sort [that we improvise with our own lyrics]; or it may be altogether a spontaneous naturally created melody with lyrics of our own.
