When Judy decided to change her mind, she never imagined it could change the world.
College freshman Judy Blair is in trouble. She is pregnant. It is 1974 and due to the Supreme Court ruling the previous year, a solution is available. Ending her pregnancy would most certainly make her life easier and her parents would never learn of her shameful dilemma. However, her moral sense is troubled. She knows that the easy thing to do is usually not the right thing to do. Judy's decision will affect not only her life and the life of her baby, but potentially millions of others. Ultimately Judy learns that the value of life is exponentially greater than she could have ever imagined.
An Inconvenient Life is a captivating, emotional tale emphasizing the unbounded delights of motherhood and ultimately the sadness of lost opportunity. Any mother will empathetically relate to the heroine's feelings and experiences as she raises her child and the ending will tug at the reader's conscience.
