Why would the legendary Bigfoot be wreaking havoc across little Hyde Island off the Georgia coast? That's the question Beau and his new friend Abby are trying to figure out during their summer vacation between seventh and eighth grades. With Abby's sharp and often snarky wit and Beau's freewheeling goofiness, the two attempt to chase down the legend and find out why giant footprints keep showing up every time something on the island disappears.
