Cities in Transition

Aims to show that even in the era of globalization developments appearing in cities are not subject to almost unconditional global forces. Using cities - Berlin, Brussels, Hanoi, Hong Kong, Jerusalem, Johannesburg, Moscow, St Petersburg, Sarajevo and Vienna - this work analyzes the special relationship between global and local/regional forces.
