This project is never intended to deal with theories, themes, and technical aspects of the sales discipline. It is about experiences over the years that highlight my understanding and interpretation of the dynamics that come to play as we practice and execute in line with the broad themes and aspects that form the building blocks of the sales profession. As I navigate through salient sales topics around availability, target management, distribution, retail management and motivation, I never miss an opportunity to portray some of the frustrations I have encountered along the journey.
