This book is a collection of essays written by the author as a student of the Doctorate in Law at the Centro de Estudios Jurídicos Carbonell, one of which is unpublished; it is pertinent to comment that the legal approach he makes is from an interdisciplinary vision, relying on various disciplines such as: sociology, anthropology, philosophy, political science and economics, among the disciplines that stand out; plus the contemporary theoretical debate in the legal sphere.The innovation of this set of essays is that of complex and alternative legal thinking to that taught in Mexican law schools, therefore, it is ambitious in the treatment of each of the legal areas, where constitutional, criminal, civil, family law and the novel study of the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and law, which is addressed in two essays, stand out; in addition to the updated debate on electoral matters and political science.
