Since late 1970s, China has experienced and achieved a remarkable economic growth among the developing countries worldwide, and has become the second largest economy from Year 2010. During this progress, Chinese State-Owned Enterprise (SOEs) have played a significant role in its economy, and spanning almost every economic sector.
