DATABASE takes you on a chase through a sleepy small town in Northern California to the FBI headquarters in Washington DC, and back as Scott Mitchell, an insubordinate former detective in the San Rafael police force is now chasing delinquent dads for Family Services. In the process, he stumbles over a massive secret government database project designed to track all citizens in the name of national security.
