Day and Knight - The Case Of Missing Things

Holly Day is a feisty, thirty eight year old, very new, private investigator. Her best friend, Lucy Knight, who was conceived at the Nimbin Aquarius Festival, wants Holly to discover the identity of her unknown father.

During her investigations Holly uncovers a gamut of illegal activities, including theft, fraud, corruption and murder. When a missing Picasso is added to the mix she finds herself in more trouble than she bargained for, yet she manages to clamber out of every hole she digs for herself.
When a journalist, Mario de Rossi, takes an interest in the Case, lust is in the air, with romance trailing after it. Lucy, with her street-wise attitude and martial arts skills, makes the perfect side-kick, while Holly's eighty year old Auntie Gert, bane of the Community Health Centre and addicted to everything pink, cheerfully offers unsought advice.
