Diagnostic Medical Errors and their Impact on Patient Safety

This qualitative research is designed to reiterate the importance of realizing that during our life span it provides a tremendous amount of learning experience and it is to an organization¿/business¿ responsibility to accept new and additional material that coincide with specific subject matters that are included in this research, and in this case the medical profession. Therefore, this publication emphasizes the importance of preventing medical error via means of communication and adequate training.
