Entire Absolution of the Penitent

1846. Pusey's objective in this Sermon is to explain the relief of individual penitents. Consciences are burdened. There is a provision, on the part of God, in His Church to relieve them. They wish to be, and to know that they are, in a state of grace. God has provided a means, however deeply any have fallen, to replace them in it.
