Floating Body Cell

DRAM together with NAND Flash is driving semiconductor technologies with wide spectrum of usage ranging from PC, mobile phone and digital home appliances to solid-state disk (SSD). This book describes FBC (floating body cell), that is, a single transistor DRAM cell without capacitor which stores data in a floating body of a MOS transistor.
