Sports, as a special human activity, are an object of studying of many sciences. At the same time, each of them, studies the sphere of trainings and competitions under a certain point of view, from the positions of specific tasks and methodologies of their solutions. The active integration of psychological science into the modern life allows using psychological achievements in case of development of the problem of complete implementation of the athlete¿s opportunities as well (by means of switching of psychological technologies in the process of athletes¿ training). Sport professionals claim that 75% of the success of the athlete is the development of psychological qualities, and 25% ¿ physical abilities. Despite high sports results, which are able to be reached by means of traditional approaches, it is possible to supplement them with the new methods and means, having significantly expanded the possibilities of the modern system of psychological training.
Childhood stress has increased in the past few decades. The long psychoemotional loadings, connected with studying at school can provoke the development of the condition of stress in the pupils of different age. It is connected with the fact that often children are not ready for a role of the school students, new for them, for implementation of the teacher¿s demands, both for the comprehension and storing of the new material, and for the appropriate behavior during the lesson and on school breaks. The constant increase of the information flow; difficulties in relations with schoolmates, teachers, additional classes in circles or sections appeared to be a source of the educational stress as well. Thus, the analysis of the concept of ¿educational stress¿ requires the integrated and versatile approach, taking into account many factors, influencing the formation of this phenomenon so that will allow successful developing of the health saving technologies, referred on correction of the educational stress in schoolchildren of different age.
