This publication is for skill levels I through 4 soldiers holding MOS 92R and for trainer and first-line supervisors. It contains standardized training objectives, in the form of task summaries, which can be used to train and evaluate soldiers on critical tasks, which support unit missions during wartime. Soldiers holding MOS 92R should have access to this publication. It should be made available in work areas, unit learning centers, and unit libraries. Trainers and first-line supervisors should actively plan for soldiers to have access to this publication. However, it is not intended that an individual copy be available for each soldier holding the MOS. All tasks in this manual are trained to wartime conditions for Active Army, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard Component soldiers.
Engineer Field Data is designed as an authoritative reference for the military engineer. It covers everything from concreting to improvised munitions!
The doctrine of explosives and demolitions focuses on the procedures that support the combat operations provided by engineer capabilities to the combined arms team. This doctrine reduces the effectiveness of barriers, obstacles, infrastructure, and minefields to maintain mobility and momentum in the operating area. Field Manual (FM) 3-34.214 is the reference manual for explosives and demolitions procedures that support combat operations, as well as, peacetime training missions requiring demolition (the destruction of structures, facilities, or material by use of fire, water, explosives, mechanical, or other means) (FM 1-02) applications. FM 3-34.214 provides the theory of explosives, explosive characteristics and their common uses, formulas for calculating various types of charges, and the standard methods of priming and placing charges. FM 3-34.214 provides doctrine on constructing charges for various applications and its uses to maintain mobility and momentum in the contemporary operational environment (COE). It focuses on the demolition systems and material required to accomplish the mission. The doctrine in this manual recognizes the need to address the urban and complex environment. This manual describes in detail the procedures required to assemble and emplace explosive charges for impartial or complete destruction. The primary audience for FM 3-34.214 is Soldiers at the unit level and below. This doctrine will assist Army branch schools in teaching the integration of engineer explosive capabilities into Army operations. Engineer involvement is a given for nearly every military operation. The degree of involvement will include one or more of the roles associated with engineers performing demolition missions in support of the maneuver commander. Given the magnitude of the changes in demolition material and the techniques used in recent years, becoming familiar with the information in this document is essential to use explosives effectively to achieve the desired end state.
TC 7-100.4 Hybrid Threat Force Structure Organization Guide provides the doctrine used by Opposing Forces in training exercises against United States Army Forces. It provides a logical and effective organizational concept for the conduct of Hybrid Warfare operations such as those seen recently in the Ukraine.

The Digital Training Management System (DTMS) contains the LRSC combined arms training strategies (CATS) and collective tasks for training the LRSU. Before leaders can use this manual to develop and execute training for, and to plan, coordinate, and execute LRS missions, they must first know FM 3-21.8, Infantry Rifle Platoon and Squad, and LRSC CATS.
The United States Armed Forces defines personnel recovery as "The sum of military, DOD civilian, DOD contractor personnel, or other personnel designated by the President or Secretary of Defense, who are isolated, missing, detained, or captured (IMDC) in an operational environment. Special Forces Mounted Detachments are prepared to infiltrate and operate in low or medium intensity conflicts over terrain consisting of high deserts with rugged mountains to low deserts with sand dunes and salt marshes. The capability of these detachments to travel unassisted long distances in enemy rear areas gives the Joint Forces Commander/Commander Joint Special Operations Task Force an effective tool. Mounted detachments must develop the following capabilities: - Operate and communicate over long distances. - Operate effectively and continually in a hostile air environment that may severely limit or prevent air support. - Operate in rugged terrain, both on and off road. - Make on-site repairs on all equipment using the skills of the detachment members and on- board tools and parts.

Very latest edition! This publication, Soldier Training Publication STP 21-1-SMCT Soldier's Manual of Common Tasks: Warrior Skills Level 1 August 2015, contains the individual tasks that are essential to the Army's ability to win on the modern battlefield. In an operational environment, regardless of job or individual MOS, each Soldier risks exposure to hostile actions. This manual contains the warrior skills that Soldiers must be able to perform to fight, survive, and win in combat. This SMCT gives the commander, NCO trainer, first-line supervisor, and individual Soldiers the information necessary to support integration and sustainment training in their units. This information allows trainers to plan, prepare, train, evaluate, and monitor individual training of warrior tasks. Using the appropriate mission-training plan (MTP), military occupational specialty (MOS)-specific Soldier's training publication (STP), and this manual helps provide the foundation for an effective unit-training plan. This manual includes the Army Warrior Training plan for warrior skills level (SL) 1 and task summaries for SL 1 critical common tasks that support unit wartime missions. This manual is the only authorized source for these common tasks. Task summaries in this manual supersede any common tasks appearing in military occupational specialty (MOS)-specific Soldier manuals. Training support information, such as reference materials, is also included.
What is the quickest way to splint a broken leg? How many pressure points, which can be used to control bleeding with fingers, thumbs or hands are there on the human body? Whose first aid dressing should be used on a casualty? Training Circular (TC) 4-02.1 provides first aid techniques and guidance for Soldiers. Implementation of the techniques presented in this publication enable Soldiers to render first aid and prevent greater harm to injured Soldiers. Because medical personnel will not always be readily available, non-medical Soldiers must rely on themselves and other Soldiers' skills and knowledge of first aid methods to render aid until medical assistance arrives. First aid is given until medical care provided by medically trained personnel such as a combat medic or other health care provider arrives. Training Circular 4-02.1 is designed to facilitate training and first aid competencies by bridging first aid training across the spectrum of assignments from training to permanent duty station and deployment. Tactical combat casualty care (TC3) is introduced in TC 4-02.1 with first aid tasks and procedures associated with combat situations. Individual and multiple first aid tasks in combination with collective tasks, may be integrated into various training scenarios. There are 27 chapters each covering an individual first aid task and one appendix describing and listing the contents of the United States Army Improved First Aid Kit (IFAK) and the new IFAK II. This is a complete revision of FM 4-25.11/NTRP 4-02.1/AFMAN 44-163(I)/MCRP 3-02G that transforms the publication to an Army training circular. It is designed to facilitate training individual tasks and combining those tasks into logical and progressive training opportunities from individual, small unit, subsequently integrated into larger and more complex training scenarios. The purpose is to integrate and maintain first aid proficiency throughout the depth and breadth of the Army formation.
