Fr. Rogeri Bacon Opera quædam hactenus inedita

Roger Bacon (c.1214-92?) was one of the most significant medieval intellectuals. Edited by J. S. Brewer in 1859, these previously unpublished treatises show the range of his interests in linguistics, logic, theology, philosophy, mathematics, science and music. The Opus Majus of 1267 is also available in this series.
