After ATF agent Lexi Mills loses a leg and her partner dies in a bomb explosion, she is sent to investigate another explosion. She and the local detective on the case, Noah Black, uncover a conspiracy reminiscent of the bomb blast that changed Lexi's life, and she is torn between following orders and chasing revenge.
