Amy's father was arrested and sentenced to a labor camp in Siberia. Then World War II dawned, and the Nazis invaded her Russian village. Amy and her mother were taken to a concentration camp and, upon war's end, made a daring escape. But all the while Amy thought of her father. Was he still alive? Would she ever see him again?
