In 1992, Hurricane Andrew ravaged the southern United States. In the eye of the storm, surrounded by one hundred and sixty-five mile winds, the author found herself in a home near Homestead, Florida, huddled in a hallway- contemplating life and relationships. The chapter titles were birthed in that one dreadful evening, and then were experienced over the following years. This book is a spiritual journey that answers questions, and triggers thoughts. It deals with the body, mind and spirit, inspiring the reader to examine their own state, physically and spiritually, and encouraging movement towards wellness and wholeness.
