How to Befriend the World

In a series of poems written in her college years, Sophia captures the whirlwind of emotions any young woman experiences, as well as those more personal and intimate. This collection is a summation of the experiences that stand out; from friendship and love to isolation and anger. Ultimately, Sophia wants these poems to feel like a lifetime, where after experiencing each one, you'd rather befriend every life's circumstance than let it control you.
