I'm Not Dramatic

Feelings can be great but sometimes, they can be confusing and difficult to manage, especially for children.
Hard feelings like sadness, fear, anxiety, anger, and other tough ones, are easier to deal with when you have some tools to use to help get through them. The skills taught in this book are proven, scientific ways of helping our kids work their way through tough feelings.

I'm Not Dramatic is intended for Guardians (Sunshine chooses to use this word instead of parents, so all kids feel included) to read through and use the tools taught to guide their kids through tough feelings as well as help them understand who they are and whom they want to be. Deep breathing techniques, kid-friendly recipes for mindfulness, grounding tips, self-awareness activities, stress relief, and positive affirmations throughout the book.
