INFANT ORAL HEALTH CARE

The dental care for infants is primarily designed to prevent oral pain, infection and the occurrence and progress of dental caries, premature loss of primary teeth, the loss of arch length. The pediatric dentist is responsible for guiding the child and parents, resolving oral disorders before they can affect the health and dental alignment and preventing oral disease. Thus the goal of pediatric dentist is primarily prevention the disease.
