Island of Hopes, a Novel

In his Russian-language novel Island of Hopes, author Leonid Khaychenko relates the dreams and different destinies of those who escaped from the burning lands of civil war after the Russian Revolution. The new pages of an unknown life open for Vsevolod Olsky, his sister Klavdia, and their friends, sending them on long roads fraught with dangers and losses, until they eventually reach Paris.
