Jesus, God's Beloved Son

In the gospels, it is recorded that God Almighty spoke audibly three times. Two times, He spoke about Jesus. The other time He spoke was a response to Jesus. "'This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased'" (Matthew 3:17). "'This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased. Hear Him!" (Matthew 17:6, NKJV & Amp.)Amplified: "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased and delighted. Listen to Him!" (Matthew 17:6). "'Father, glorify Your name. 'Then a voice came from heaven, saying, 'I have both glorified it and will glorify it again'" (John 12:28). Jesus is God's beloved Son. God told us that Jesus is His beloved Son. He said "Hear Him!" When Jesus was speaking about His upcoming passion, suffering and death, He said "Father, glorify Your name." The Father answered: "I have both glorified it and will glorify it again" (John 12:28). These events and God's words are unspeakably glorious and significant. We would be wise to listen and hear.
