Kids in Quarantine

Like so many others, the lives of the students in the gifted program of Shore Acres Elementary School in St. Petersburg, FL were upended and brought to a standstill when the novel coronavirus reached the USA. In order to "flatten the curve" school was cancelled and then transferred to distance learning for the remaining 2 months of the school year. How did they cope with social distancing? This is their first person account of live during the COVID-19 global pandemic.
