I love this book and use it all the time. I have a huge patch of swiss chard and this book showed me so many ways to use it! the swiss chard galette was a huge hit and made several appearances this summer and autumn. I have made many of the recipes and all worked out well. Most of the recipes are simple and use flavours in perhaps unexpected ways, while others are more complex, and require attention but are well worth the effort. The banana, chocolate and thyme bread is a real crowd pleaser and shows how the recipes can be simple and still make something special (though the author omitted to mention how much thyme to add, so I just made that part up). Highly recommend to all lovers of greens, both veg & herbs
