Learn_IT!

This work is intended as a guideline for the development of Learn_IT!, or ¿L¿italiano a portata di manö, a multimedia mobile application accessible through mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops. As a practical language learning tool, Learn_IT! will help adult migrants study Italian language not only from a pragmatical, functional and instrumental perspective but also from an integrative point of view. As this book will demonstrate, the acquisition of Italian as an L2 competences is a powerful booster for the integration of migrants and refugees into the Italian social fabric, both providing them with a better access to its labour market and endowing them with a useful vademecum that will enhance their conversation skills, setting the basis for a better and more advantageous interaction with Italian language natives and speakers.
