Some people who are politically or religiously biased may find this book offensive. I'm a spiritual person but I'm not a big fan of organized religion.

Keep an open mind while reading this book. The title may sound funny but it isn't a joke book. Life can suck sometimes. I wrote this book to give you the tools and knowledge to make life suck less for you.
