No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

A young engineer is delighted to be gifted a house in France but his arrival in the village is apparently not welcomed by the resident population. A series of bizarre, and somewhat terrifying incidents leave him bewildered and wondering who of his neighbours he can trust.
