This work is a popular science essay about the Holocaust in the town of Horki and the Horki District of the Mogilev Region of Belarus. When writing it, archival materials, encyclopedic editions, literature on the history of the Holocaust of the Jews of Belarus, archives of the YAD VASHEM museum (Israel), materials of periodicals and the Internet, the author's archive, memoirs of the residents of Horki district were used. The book is intended for a wide range of readers interested in the history of the Holocaust of Jews in Belarus.
