Okinawa Kobudo - Volume II

This is Volume II sporting Hanshi Leif Hermansson, 10th Dan Karate and Okinawa Kobudo and his extensive Kobudo curriculum.
Okinawa Kobudo Volume II - 3rd Kyu to 1st Dan black belt - features the basic techniques (Kihon) of three weapons: Nunchaku, Kama and Tekko.
The Bo-Kata featured in this volume are Ufugushiku no Kon, Shushi no Kon Koshiki (old style), Sakugawa no Kon Dai, and Sueyoshi no Kon. The two Sai-Kata are Chatan Yara no Sai, Hamahiga no Sai, and furthermore the volume contains the Kata Nunchaku Sho, Tozan no Nichogama, Maezato no Tekko, and Yaraguwa no Tonfa.
More than thirty Kumite are illustrated and described in detail for Nunchaku, Kama, and Tekko.
