Following a celestial event, some people gained the ability to change their age, race, and gender at will. At the heart of the maelstrom stand four people: Vortex, a young man with a vision; Ensign Michael Takayasu and Shockwave, two agents of the Paranormal Control Agency; and Powerhouse, a new paranormal desperate to protect his family.
