People Apart 1950s Cape Town Revisited

A collection of previously unpublished photography of Bryan Heseltine, from the apartheid era of the early 1950s. His images gave visual expression to the emerging anti-apartheid sentiments of the period. The book includes extensive biographical and socio-historical research to accompany these vibrant and revelatory images.
