Personality Variables and Dogmatism on Pre-Service Music Majors

The book focuses on The Effects of Personality Variables and Dogmatism on the Selection of Pre-Service Music Majors at diploma level. The work is a case study of three teachers¿ colleges in Masvingo region. It was premised on the following research question: What major challenges are faced by Music Educators during the process of selecting pre-service music majors? Because of its qualitative nature, data for the study were collected through interview guides, observation schedule and document analysis checklist. The population for the study comprised Music Educators and third year pre-service students.
