A rookie cop finds himself trapped in the midst of a gang war which escalated into something beyond his imagination as dark secrets begin to unravel by themselves revealing the corrupt nature of the government who seek to control the lives of ordinary people but amidst the turbulences, he is quite unaware the involvement of one of his best friend whose life was enchanted by a CIA agent from New York.
