Although internet is among the major inventions of the 20th century, robotics has become the focus of attention. Robots are no longer science fiction. In fact, they are already among us today though certainly less present in Tunisia than in China, Japan or South Korea. Robotics is a new frontier and may become the next industrial revolution by 2020. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the use of artificial intelligence has brought significant changes to robot services. With the increasing development of these autonomous and interactive robots, a real need to control this new technology has emerged. In fact, organizations and institutions have been working for several years now in this area. To date, there is no Tunisian law on robots. However some legislation specific to the protection of individuals may apply to some robots. To date, there is no legal category for ¿robot¿ and there is no real legislative framework of robotics in Tunisia. Nevertheless, many dispersed legal tools allow putting a frame for robots and more broadly for robotics. We find these tools in different branches of law: contract law, consumer law, intellectual property law, Data Privacy, etc...
