Safety Scissors to Spectrums: Growing Up in the 70's and 80's

Do you remember when you were a kid thinking what things would be like in the future? Rocket cars, jet packs and bionic arms didn't quite come true did they? But some things did and this is my story of how things changed in my childhood from climbing trees to calculator watches, chopper bikes to computers and all manner of things in between.
The 1970's and 80's were a great time to grow up, I should know I was there. Come with me down memory lane and rediscover what we've lost and maybe pick up some black jack and fruit salad half-penny sweets while we're there!
