Bag om Salad for Breakfast
Regardless of where you live in the world, we all have one thing in common- our health. In order to stay healthy we must eat an assortment of healthy foods such as green vegetables, exercise, engage in yoga and/or stretching, properly handle stress, as well as integrate other key components into our lives. But in my opinion the key ingredient to being healthy is including green vegetables into our diet for an early morning breakfast. This is why I feel so strongly about introducing everyone to trying my healthy salad for breakfast. I have been eating green salad for breakfast for over 15 years every morning. Although there are many different methods to improve your health I believe that this is a unique, new way for you to become healthy. Come along with me on my journey and listen to the importance of eating green salad for breakfast. I was inspired to write this book from personal experience, because I've witnessed the effects it has had upon my own life.
