Using the fictional African nation of Muguland as the focal point, this historical faction book series also explores how a nation with so much potential for greatness became a nation of chronic underachievers because of the ego, greed, and inordinate ambition for power by its leaders, and the complicity of its citizens.

Since this is a book of faction, the reader is left to figure out which parts of the tale are facts, and which parts are fiction, while being entertained by the fast-moving narration of events.
